It's a very busy mid-semester break: Marathon

Hey guys!!!  I'm still on mid sem break but I felt like I'm the busiest person on earth..  Despite for not celebrating xmas, but families and friends came to my house for a visit.  Also it's a long holiday for everyone so there are lots of wedding receptions that you could possibly imagine..

And yes, I'm on of the person who ended up to be in a reception of someone that I did'nt even knew...

AWKWARD!!!

 ~~~~~~~~~~~
On Xmas day, I got a lil' bit cray-cray. Went to the game store and bought another nintendo system..  Although it's a used console but as long as it's still functioning then I don't care..  Getting a brand new system here (eventhough it's NDS) means that you have to starve yourself, like for 3 months..  Getting a used one might get you starving for a week..  Even to get this system, I thought about it so many times before proceeding to buy it, then I turned on my YOLO mode..
And there goes my money...
I even made my own NDS case/bag by using my first ever goth t-shirt...   What i love about NDS system it that it's backward compatible, so I'm able to play again with my old cartridges that i found a few days back..  The only problem it that, I've lost my favourite cartridge with my old GBA..  Goddamnit! I should have kept the game!
Genius Why strikes again. T_T
Seeing these two together made me think of this memes:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Apart from gaming, I've been helping my friend to sew lots of scarves for her bussiness..  Ok it might be a partnership in someway =.=''

So yesterday was actually our photoshoot day of her scarves and my clothes.  I'm actually the photographer and she's the model (for the scarves) but she got too camera shy and I ended up modelling for her too... Oh God Why..

With 'blergh' makeup, 'blergh' face, mega 'blergh' of gothism

Well, after the scarves, I asked her to shoot for my clothes and yet, she takes the best photos ever!  I've worked with her before and she's the best with it..  There's some part of her crazy brain that has this amazing  visual creativity..  Like I said to her, ''Trust me I'm an engineer'',  yeaah she's an engineering student =.=

How honoured I am that I got the chance to wear my original design.

Necklace was from a dearly friend, Miss Zaza (my concert bitch)

Suppose to be ''my clothes'', but we got so exhausted and had to stop the shoot only after we're done with the first outfit...

My second outfit tired face...

And now again I'm very miserable because I need to settle up my group assignment that needed to be submitted directly after the holidays..

Shit!

Beauty haul with Sephora (again!)

Hey beauty freaks!  Today's post is about Sephora products again.  I love getting their products because it can be considered as cheap if you measure with the length of time you would be using the products.  So today I got myself  their concealer palette and matifying powder..

I've been looking for a green concealer stick because my skin is very prone to blemishes, but since they don't have it there so I got this one.  Four colors of concealer that might be useful if my various skin tone friends wanted me to do make up for them..  Although one of them already booked me to be her make up artist for her wedding that might be on in a few years..  Such an honour, thanks so much girl!

So here the product review:

The case included 4 diff. colors of concealer and a small brush..  As in the picture below, I just apply strokes of the colors to show you guys how the appear on my skin..  I also tried the green concealer on my red devilish pimple and I'm quite surprised that my pimple is invisible and the redness is all gone..  Wehoo!!!

tips and guide:

1) Concealers with yellow undertones are used to hide dark circles.

2) Green and blue can counteract red patches on the skin, such as those caused by pimples, broken veins, or rosacea.

3) A purple-tinted concealer can make sallow complexions look brighter.

The second product is the matifying powder which is the same color and texture of my sculpting disk palette.. So as far as I've been using this powder, I' very satisfied because it is very long lasting..  I live in a hot weather country and easily to sweat but by using this, my face still look matte and the color stays even when my skin started to get oily..  Thumbs up for this product!!!

Well hope this review is beneficial for you guys..  Feel free to leave me question regarding anything about beauty products in the comment section below..  Thanks for reading!

Have a nice day!

Whoever you are, thank you!

2 Crazy DIYs cases (phone and nintendo 3dsxl casing)

Ssup guys!!!  I'm back for the hols and already being cray cray by making 2 DIYs in a day...  It was a relaxing therapy turned stressful when I can't stop gluing stuff on while I really was damn hungry..  Also the backache I had was unexplainable..

But it was fun!!!!!

I don't think this is a tutorial for you guys but just showing my progress on making these 2 fab and fugly cases.

1) Stuff I bought..  It's quite expensive to buy rhinestones and beads here..  I did spent a lot on these..

Phone case progress...

Guide: If you are using super glues then you're safe but I used resin based glue..  It took a longer time to dry and need a bit of pressure to firm down the studs etc in place..  So what I did was to take any cloth, scrunch it a bit then lay the case beads side to the cloth and put something heavy on top of it..  The pressure will be spread equally from above and the cloth will fit into the nooks and crannies while pushing the beads harder to the case surface..  haha science b*tch!!!!

aaannnddd TADAAAA!!!!!

Isn't it epic?

Nintendo 3dsxl case progress

I've decided to do ombre effect using beads.

It's not that neat but I liked it!!!  ombre!!!!

Last AGM: Ungothically Boho Chic

In the previous entry, I posted a tutorial of a scarf vest that I wore during my last annual grand meeting since I'm already on my final semester...  Nothing much to talk about except a million thanks to my friend Tika for letting me to wear her platforms on that night...

Enjoy the photos!

Bohemian Scarf-Vest Tutorial (easy fashion surgery)

Yo peeps!!!  Since our faculty annual grand meeting will be held this weekend, with the theme of Bohemian style,  I'm kinda blurred out because I'm not a Boho chick and it's very rare in our area to wear Bohemian so does wearing Gothic...

Thank God, there is a carnival held in campus, so I did some haul hunt to create something Bohemian under RM20 (approx. USD 5)

So, I got the widest scarf that I can find and here's the tutorial!!

Tips:

1) Widest scarf will create a long vest-dress
2) Medium scarf creates normal length vest
3) Short/small rectangular scarf creates crop vest

1) Lay the scarf wrong side up

2) Tie a knot at the top corner of the scarf (left and right top corner).  Each length of the knot have to be the same like in the photo above.

3) When you're done with the knots, fold the scarf in half (now the layout is right side up)

4) (While still folded in half) Find the middle of the scarf as accurate as you can, use a pin or anything to mark the middle section.  I used scissors to point out my middle part.

5) (Again while still folded) Tie a small knot at the top corner.  Similar to the photo above.

6) Ok now, take the first 2 knots you made earlier and overlap it as shown in the photo above.  Sew them together.

7) Here's the tricky part to explain.  After you sew the first 2 knots together, take the 3rd knot (the one made at the centre of the scarf) and place it under the sewn knots..

8) Once everything is sewn the knots will form an inverted "Y" shape.  I added buttons to make it Bohemian..

9) And you're done and ready to rock the Boho runway!

Drapey, loose, messy front effect

Lazy, effortless appearance at the back

P/s: pardon my bra-strap..hahaha

Boho much!

Suppose to have first quiz tomorrow and I'm in vain

Another one with a crazy lady
